šļø Itās Time to Take Action.
Otherwise we will be at the start line forever.
Hey everyone, we have been learning how to set our side hustles up for success over the last few weeks. We have discussed so many topics. Well, enough planning and reading and thinking. Todayās all about taking action. Itās time to start.
For those who havenāt read the previous editions, catch up using the links below:
No big idea today. This weekās newsletter is all about taking action.
We have been working over the past four weeks to build knowledge and prepare for this moment. Itās time to commit ourselves to launch our side hustles. Often we get stuck in a vicious cycle of reading information but never implementing it. Itās time to break that.
š Your Action Item:
Create one piece of content and hit PUBLISH.
It will be fine! Donāt worry! We have spoken about fear and how to overcome it here. I know itās easier said than done, so give yourself a deadline with an accountability partner to hold you responsible. Draft, review and publish. It takes courage to go against the status quo. You will be pleasantly surprised by the support you receive when you start. I know I was.
Let me know how it goes for you! I will be super excited to hear back!
P.S. I would love to see what all you guys put out and share it with others in next weekās edition if you are comfortable with it - do hit reply or connect with me on various socials!
š My Solopreneur Journey:
Itās been another busy week. I have hit 35 days of continuous posting on LinkedIn, six newsletters (including this one) and met countless new people. Itās all kicking off. I feel like I have a proper routine to balance this project and medical school. Itās also given me a chance to reflect on this project and how I have portrayed it so far, and I have ideas to improve it over the coming weeks heading into the summer. Sometimes it feels like thereās so much to do but not enough time! Who knows, I am not trying to be a productivity machine, so I am happy to take it slow. I hope you all have been enjoying reading this as much as I have writing.
See you all next week!
Cheers,
Sanay

š§ My Recommendations
š Book: Start With Why by Simon Sinek
I think I have been going down this rabbit hole about Simon Sinek over the last couple of weeks. I think he is one of the best authors in the self-help space. He has completely changed how I look at things through his podcasts and his book. I havenāt completed it yet, but I highly recommend it to those looking to level up their leadership skills and more.
š§ Podcast: Steven Bartlett and Richard Branson
If you havenāt listened to this already, you are missing out. Being an entrepreneur isnāt easy. Itās been glamorised with luxury cars, hotels and more in recent times. It was refreshing to hear about the sacrifices, failures and hardships faced by Richard on his journey to making Virgin a success. This is a must for all of us solopreneurs.
