💰 Start A Successful Side Hustle

It will cost you £30 or less.

Hey everyone,

This week I am revisiting how you can test your basic side hustle idea without investing too much… and from experience less is often more.

Too often we feel that we need to invest into expensive websites and knowledge to trial our idea. But in the current day and age it has never been easier to launch your one-person business using no-code tools:

  • You can use name.com to buy yourself a domain (£10 or less).

  • Use carrd.co to create a simple yet beautiful landing page for your idea ($19)

  • Use a free Buffer account for your social media scheduling.

  • Create graphics and logos for free on Canva (all of my banners were done this way).

  • Create a Notion account for free using your university email. This will help you create a content schedule as well as act like an ‘unlimited Google Drive’.

  • Create a free Calendly account and add it to your landing page.

  • Use CapCut to edit your shorts and reels for TikTok, Instagram and YouTube if that is your form of media.

  • If you choose another social media platform, they are all free to start on (LinkedIn even has an excellent built-in scheduling tool for posts).

  • If you decide to launch a digital product launch it on Gumroad for free.

  • Finally, create a free Stripe account that links to your bank so you can get paid.

Once you are all set up, all you have to do is direct potential leads towards your landing page where they can book in or purchase your product.

Of course, gaining leads is the hardest part but a constant social media strategy focused on showcasing your skills and expertise can drive interest!

So, don’t let cost hold you back and give that side hustle idea a shot 😉

See you all next week!

Cheers,

Sanay
