📝 Mid-Year Review
Tracking progress.
Hey everyone,
I hope you found last week’s newsletter useful on superlinear returns!
I thought this week it would be good to sit down and reflect on how I am doing against the goals I had set myself at the start of this year.
I am keen to share some personal thoughts and also get feedback from all of you.
Goals set earlier in the year:

So, in terms of tracking progress:
I currently have 1977 followers in LinkedIn (I haven’t gotten back to regular LinkedIn posting).
Newsletter readers have grown to 95 with a ~57% open rate.
No videos published yet.
At first, I was extremely disappointed as I tried to figure out where I had gone wrong and what had led me astray.
However, on reflection of the last 6 months I realised I had spent my energy in other ways and had hence grown or developed other skills. I do think I have mismanaged my time in some places but done well in other areas. For example, I spent a large part of my free time in the last 6 months building Socius Health (more on this later) and also doubling down on my intercalation. I also tried to make the most of my time in London and grasp as many in-person opportunities as possible.
This was also a great opportunity for me to see what could be done to help me get on track to hit some if not all the goals by the end of the year - particularly the LinkedIn and newsletter growth.
I am currently working through a plan on how I can achieve these targets - any advice would be appreciated! I am trying to prioritise what’s most important - I would guess LinkedIn?
See you all next week!
Cheers,
Sanay
